Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with K Chill Collections. We hope you love your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we’re here to help—please review our policy below.


Returns Eligibility

  • Returns must be requested within fourteen (14) days of delivery.

  • Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with tags and in their original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase

  • For hygiene reasons, undergarments, bras, shapewear, and bodysuits must have all tags, liners, and seals intact to be eligible for return or exchange.

Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 3 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Once your return is approved, you will receive further instructions.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

  • We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Photo Verification Requirement

To ensure a smooth return process and qualify for a full refund or exchange, customers must provide clear photos of all items being returned before shipping.

  • Please take photos of the items inside the package at your shipping location prior to sending.

  • Returns without photo verification may experience delays, partial refunds, or denial if items are missing.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for processing.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear on your statement.

You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.


Exchanges

If you need a size exchange, please contact us within the 14 day return window. Exchanges are subject to product availability. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

  1. Inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

  2. Take clear photos or videos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.

  3. Email the documentation to obayiva@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.

If the damage is confirmed to be due to shipping or our error, we will offer a replacement or full refund. Damage caused by misuse or improper care is not eligible.


Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Items without original packaging or tags

  • Items showing signs of wear or odor

One-Time Exception: In select cases, we may send a replacement without requiring a return. If the replacement is also unsatisfactory, both items must be returned to qualify for a refund. This exception applies once per customer.


Final Notes

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy requirements. By placing an order with K Chill Collections, you agree to this Return & Refund Policy.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
